  • Due to the nature of the products (perfumes), products cannot be returned or exchanged after the purchase process is completed in order to maintain quality and safety.

  • The following cases are the only exceptions:

    • The product arrived damaged .

    • Receiving a product that does not match the order.

  • We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order .

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect in the product must be attached.

  • The refund request is subject to review, and if approved, the appropriate action will be taken.

Second: The mechanism for refunding the amount

  • After verifying the condition and approving the refund request, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • The refund process takes between 7 and 14 business days depending on the payment service provider.

Third: Shipping costs

  • If the damage or error is caused by the store, the store will bear the full shipping and return costs without any additional charges to the customer.
