Shipping range

  • Shipping is available within Saudi Arabia .

  • Shipping is available to GCC countries .

  • Cash on delivery is not available for orders outside the Kingdom.

Order processing time

  • Orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

  • Delivery time within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is from 1 to 5 working days maximum.

  • Delivery times may vary in cases of seasonal pressure or circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, logistical failures).

Shipping companies

  • Shipping is done via a reliable and certified shipping company to ensure fast delivery and order safety.

  • The customer is provided with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped in order to monitor its status.

Shipping fees

  • Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia :

    • 30 Saudi Riyals in case of prepayment.

    • 35 Saudi Riyals in case of payment upon delivery.

  • Gulf countries :

    • Shipping cost is a fixed 40 Saudi Riyals .

    • Cash on delivery is not available; payment is in advance only .

  • The final shipping charges are shown to the customer before the payment process is completed.

Receiving and confirming the order

  • The customer is responsible for entering a correct and detailed address.

  • If delivery is not possible due to an error in the address or lack of customer response, the customer shall bear any additional reshipping fees.

  • It is recommended to check the order upon receipt, and in case of damage or shortage, you must inform us within a maximum of 24 hours .

Shipment delays or loss

  • If the shipment is delayed beyond the specified period, the shipping company will be contacted directly to resolve the issue.

  • The store is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company after the order has been delivered to them, but it is committed to following up until the order arrives.
